Here is our final Summer-2010 schedule - as agreed at our May Parent's Meeting:
Pax Christi Meeting Dates:
1 - June 7th - Parent's Meeting & required Youth Protection training - Troop Meeting
2 - June 21st - (Scout "Court of Honor" in Pax Gymnasium/Kitchen areas)
3 - July 12th - Final Voyager Bay Camp preparation Meeting - Troop Meeting
4 - August 9th - Parent's Meeting & Post-Summer Camp debriefing - Troop Meeting
5 - August 23rd - Troop Meeting
[In September, we will revert to our traditional 7PM Monday evening meetings.]
Please expect later announcements about alternative Summer troop meeting and Summer Camp planning locations for those Mondays when we are not scheduled to meet at Pax Christi per the above schedule. Such announcements will be shared during our scheduled Pax Christi troop meetings and also via subsequent e-mails.
