While in Boy Scouts, boys work on rank advancements. Boys who just joined the troop work with our Fast Track Program, which encourages and works with boys to get through their first few ranks and Merit Badges. Boys who are new to the troop will begin working on the rank of “scout.” After receiving the rank of scout, they can begin working on their next rank, “Tenderfoot.” They can then work on “Second Class” followed by “First Class” then “Star” “Life” and finally they can begin working on the rank of “Eagle.” After obtaining the rank of Eagle, if he still has time before his 18th birthday, Scouts are encouraged to work on Eagle Palms.
