IMPORTANT DATES/THINGS TO KNOW
OA Conclave this weekend 9/16-18. The group will be leaving from the church at 5 pm to go to Stearns. Check in at Stearns is between 5-9 pm Friday. Ministry Fair at PAX Christi 9/17 &18. We need volunteers parents and/or boys in class A uniforms to man the Ministry fair table this weekend. This annual event is a way for potential scouts at PAX to meet our troop. We need staffing for after the 9am, 11 am and 5pm mass on Sunday 9/18. Court of Honor at PAX Christi 9/19. Please bring fall themed treats. If you have something to present (announcements, fundraising, etc.) please contact the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with subject line as COH.
Camporee 9/23-25. This is our September camp out. Camporee will be held at Phillipo. Adult volunteers are needed. You can attend just for the day Saturday or camp overnight Friday/Saturday. Contact Tom This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
AD Altare Dei 9/25 3pm PAX Christi. This is a six month program that will lead to the completion of the AD Altar Dei for catholic scouts that want this designation. They meet in a 1.5 hour session twice a month for six months. Other religions have similar programs that reflect the “a scout is reverent" portion of scouting. Winter Camping - Okpik Ski-In High Adventure, President's Day Weekend, February 2012 Deposits Due. Roundtable 10/6 7pm, First Thursday of the Month. For those of you interested in learning or participating more about district and council. You can attend the monthly roundtable at Christ Presbyterian Church, in the downstairs main meeting hall, at 7PM to 8:30PM. CPC is located at West 70th Street and MN Highway 100 on the East side of the highway.
University of Scouting and Youth Training available in October. See mustang District web site mustangnsbsa.org.

- No site sales this year except at PAX

TROOP BUSINESS
Scoutmaster Update: Please remind Scouts to come to meetings in full uniform, including kerchief and slide.
Treasurer Report: Total cash $16,096.61. Boys account total $5,399.31. Voyage Bay costs were all recouped.
Quartermaster: Group voted and approver $100 expenditure to fix brakes on trailer.
