When new webelos come to visit troop - all Troop 370 scouts are expected to be on their best behavior, but not just when people visit
We are working towards having more structured meetings

Cold weather planning (by Jack)
bring more layers
wear base layers
bring warm layers... whether or not the weather is good
wear underarmour, polypropylene, wool... no cotton
use a waterproof outershell
bring extra pairs of socks
more than one pair of boots and liners
bring complete 2 sets of clothing - everything
be cool... not warm
put clothes in sleeping bags
cut boot liners from extra sleeping pad
bring winter boots
bring mittens - layered gloves are good
don't put your head into your sleeping bag - breathe outside of sleeping bag
wear hat or face mask
bring sleeping bag and liner or 2 bags - a big one and a smaller sleeping bag
bring closed cell pad - no inflatable - cold air will take away warmth
