PLC Meeting

Hello Troop 370 Scouts:

Ever wonder who decides what activities you will be doing during your troop meetings?

Do you have some great ideas on how we can help improve the meetings?

Are you tired of doing the same thing week after week?

Now is your chance to make a difference that could help make the Troop 370 weekly scout meetings more fun and exciting.

Now is your chance to help get those scouts back that haven't been coming to the meetings anymore because they are too boring or disorganized.

Now is your chance to help win over the young recruits that come to visit to see what our meetings are like before deciding what troop to join.

This coming Tuesday, January 14th we will be holding our Patrol Leaders Council (PLC) Meeting.

This is the meeting where we plan all of our Troop Meeting activities for the coming three months.  All scouts holding a leadership position are required to attend the PLC meeting.  That would include all Patrol Leaders, the Senior Patrol Leader, all Assistant Patrol Leaders, Scribe, Historian, Librarian, Quartermaster, Chaplain's Aide, Troop Guides, Bugler, Den Chief, Order of the Arrow Troop Rep and even the Junior Assistant Scout Masters.  Yes, that pretty much covers almost every boy in the troop.  If in doubt, just come to the meeting.  Your input is welcome and highly encouraged.

Date: Tuesday, January 14th

Time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM (We may get done a little early but we will have supervision until 8:30)

Location: Pax Christi Church

Room:  208 (Just two doors to the right of our usual Troop Meeting location)

Thanks your support and the support of your parents.  Without all of you we would have no troop.  We are looking forward to seeing everyone listed above at this Tuesday's PLC Meeting.
