It's hard to believe but it's that time of year again, it's time to register for our annual summer camp program! While 20 years of history have come and gone up at Voyager Bay there are a lot of new things to look forward to as we have another exciting year planned ahead of us for 2015. We've been working hard to complete some of the preliminary planning components and now it's time to start getting names and registration details of all those scouts and adults planning to attend summer camp up at Voyager Bay Scout Camp.
Some key pieces of information to highlight this year:
Key dates: Camp will be in session Saturday July 18th, 2015 thru Saturday July 25th, 2015. The registration window for signing up for camp is now thru Monday June 1st, 2015. To avoid late fees be sure to sign up before the deadline. The earlier we get everyone registered, the quicker we can make decisions on our food sourcing and resource needs allowing us to work more cost effectively.
Registration: This year is we will be completing our registration process/forms completely online. We will still require a couple of things on paper; a completed health form and payments, but all of the other previous pile of forms, documents, and etc that needed to be completed and turned in before coming to camp will be done in one convenient place! We have updated the camp packet as well, so be sure to read through the updated camp packet with your son before sitting down together to complete the registration (yes, yes you will need to sit with your son to complete the registration this year as the merit badge sign up will be completed at the same time).
